All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars.

How do I know my order was received?

When we receive your order, you’ll see an Order Confirmation email followed. We’ll also follow-up with an Order Confirmation Tracking Number email message shortly. The Order Confirmation email includes a summary of your entire order, the shipping method, and shipping address.

How do I know if my order has shipped?

As soon as your order ships, we will send you a Shipping Notification email with your UPS Tracking number. Once your order has shipped, you will be able to go to UPS.com and see the detailed tracking information from the shipping carrier.

Shipping

We ship to Canada and the United States. Our default shipping agent is UPS. We ship UPS Ground, from Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. A $20.00 standard shipping charge is applied on every order shipped in Canada and $25.00 to the United States. WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $75. Standard orders are processed once payment authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard UPS delivery typically arrive in three (3) to seven (7) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) depending on location. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

We have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Policy. Any item can be returned within two weeks of receipt of shipment for a full refund on the cost of goods (less shipping charges). Partially used products will not be credited. Refunds are applied to the original payment method used for purchase. You will receive an e-mail confirmation when your return is received and your refund is being processed. Nuworld Botanicals is not responsible for return items damaged or lost in transit. Tax Policy

If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the taxes you paid for that item. You will not receive a refund for the taxes you paid on the shipping of that item, as the shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable once an item has been shipped.
